So finally, after a very mild winter so far and some strange temperatures at the beginning of the year, it finally snowed here in Dornbirn and it snowed quite heavily.
Of course, in Austria, the country of skiers, the ski resorts a very happy about the snow. Although the famous Hahnenkamm downhill race in Kitzbühel had to be canceled, due to lack of snow. But now, everybody seems to be happy about the - more or less - heavy amount of snow. But this is nothing compared to what came down in Whistler this season.
